At the Sept. 12, 2017 meeting of the University of California Regents Investments Subcommittee, Larry Fink, CEO of Blackrock, reported that in contrast to the crisis seen in the U.S. caused by the North Korean nuclear and missile tests, North Korea was a non-issue in Asia - at least in the business and financial communities.
