President Duterte along with DOTr's Secretary Arthur Tugade and Philippinee Naitonal Railways (PNR) decided to purchase last year (2019) new railcars. These trains were made by PT Inka of Indonesia. Passengers are so glad with the upgrade of trains. Currently, new trains are from Tutuban to FTI and vice versa. Old trains still run from Tutuban to Bicutan. Be sure to ask ticket staff if the new train will arrive. Fare from FTI to Tutuban is 20 pesos. While EDSA to Tutuban is 15 Pesos. Thank you.
