SAGE AND ONION STUFFING- recipe

This stuffing recipe is really simple and uses a packet
of ready made stuffing which saves so much time.
Make this up and pop into the freezer and when
needed remove from the freezer, defrost and stuff your
Turkey or cook separately like this! I always used to
use the Tesco finest pre-made stuffing but I am
struggling to find it this year so I have adapted the
recipe!
Ingredients:
1 x pack sage and onion stuffing (I use paxo)
12oz sausage meat
60ml orange juice
30g dried cranberries
Method:
1. Make up the packet stuffing as per the packer
instructions.
2. Add the sausage meat, orange juice and dried
cranberries. Mix together with your hands.
3. Add the stuffing to a freezer bag and freeze flat.
Pop into freezer, when needed remove from the freezer
and leave to fully defrost. Stuff into your Turkey or if
cooking separately, form into a rectangular shape and
cook at 180oc for 30-35 minutes.
