We, at The Indian School of Breathing are conducting a 7 day program on OSHO Nadabrahma Meditation; the program is facilitated by Maa Sukanya, Chennai.
Nadabrahma is a passive, humming meditation. It is an ancient Tibetan technique which creates an energy field of awareness within. It brings Harmony to the whole being. The Body and Mind become one, and you become a witness to both.
