10) Giuliano and Claudiu Stroe
These two little Romanian brothers are absolute freaks of nature. While most of the two-year -
old are a chaotic set of inconsistent goofballs walking around the house as they begin to master
their equilibrium. But Giuliano and Claudiu Stroe were doing a lot more than just that. These two
were lifting weights and training two hours a day with their father, while the other children of
their age were crying for their bottles of milk. And the exercise didn't only lead to toned abs and
bigger biceps than other adults did, the older brother, Giuliano, landed twice in the Guinness
Book of World Records. And when young Giuliano was just five years old, he had two world
records. The first record was for most air pushups, a motion where one pushes 90 degrees up
without having their feet hit the ground. The second was a quickest 10-metre hand walk with a
weighted ball between the thighs. Still, despite their international success, the Stroe family has
not been able to make a great deal of profit from it.
9) Richard Sandrak
The Ukrainian-born Richard Sandrak was considered the greatest human being in the world
when he was as young as six years old. He was able to lift twice his body weight and, as an
eight-year-old, Sandrak was beating a whopping 210 pounds. As a child, Sandrak was coerced
into an insane training regimen by his abusive father. His diet consisted of a can of Lima-beans
and a head of lettuce to remain lean. His lifting became so ridiculous that the doctors speculated
that he had to take steroids because the amount of testosterone needed to lift that high was just
not available in pre-teen bodies. Sandrak slept on the floor to maintain his perfect posture, which
he says was not a big deal. It wasn't until the age of 10 that Sandrak was allowed to connect with
other children of his age. He was alone and robbed of his childhood. But he became a kind of
fringe celebrity, one that appeared in a few movies and was generally known as the strongest kid
in history. One of his films, "Little Hercules in 3-D," stars Sandrak alongside other celebrities
such as Hulk Hogan, Judd Nelson, and Robin Givens, Mike Tyson's former wife. Today,
Sandrak aspires to work for NASA and pays the bills as a Hollywood stuntman, but his training
days and out-of-the-world physics are long gone.
8) C.J. Cummings
At 11 C.J. became the youngest lifter in the world to complete a clean and jerk that was twice his
body weight 200 pounds. One year later, Cummings won a silver medal at the Men's American
Open, making him the youngest to participate in this prestigious event. As a 14-year-old,
Cummings smashed American record by raising 337 pounds at the U.S. Weightlifting National
Championships. Today, Cummings competes, with the U.S. National Team and is a proud owner
of 12 American records. Yet the most amazing part about C.J. Cummings is that he’s just 18.
7) C.J. Senter
Since the injury was sidelined by 10-year-old C.J. A young football enthusiast, he wanted to get
fit and remain involved. But not only did he go to the backyard and play catch or go on a light
jog, but he wanted to change the culture of youth fitness in America. After having been
influenced by watching Fitness DVD advertisements on TV, C.J. Note something: all the
teachers were adults, and the videos were made available to the adult audience. But that's C.J.
Set up to change this and make an exercise video called "Workout Boy." With the help of his
parents and a cool $25,000 used to hire a professional film crew, C.J. embarked on a journey to
curb childhood obesity. With a variety of unique moves such as jumping jack squats and a push
up/lunge combo, “Workout Kid” has made a huge difference for a number of kids in CJ’s
hometown of Locust Grove, Georgia.
6) Arat Hosseini
Young Arat Hosseini has not set any Guinness records yet. He's not a champion in his sport, but
he's freakishly powerful and well-coordinated. Arat lives in Babul, Iran, in the northern province
