Title: Smartphone Addiction
Team members:Nina Wakabayashi, Tsubura Nakamura
Abstract:
Our inspiration came from a book called “INSTA-BRAIN” written by Anders Hansen. As a generation Z, teenagers use smartphones and computers 24/7 for communication, studying, and entertainment. Smartphone addiction is caused by the continuous dopamine experience and is a common yet desperate problem among teenagers. It gives a negative influence on the individual's human relationship as well as mental health. This video focuses on one smartphone-addicted high school student. It highlights what happens when you look at your smartphone all day long, leading to consequences such as poorly performing in schoolwork or lacking in decent quality communications with other people.
