Bibingka is one of the Philippines 🇵🇭 favourite dessert (kakanin ) this low carb recipe is a little different from our traditional Bibingka which is made either glutinous rice flour or mixture of plain rice flour and glutinous rice flour that's give the sticky yet delicious texture and flavour. With this recipe our Bibingka was made with Coconut flour and it's sugar free. To be honest, it is more of a cake than a Bibingka. Nevertheless, I like it and it's worth trying it. It's fit in my diet, so why not.

Ingredients :
4 = medium eggs 🥚
50ml = heavy cream
2 Tbsp = Melted unsalted butter
1 tsp = vanilla extract
3 Tbsp = sweeteners of your choice
5 Tbsp = coconut flour
1 tsp = baking powder
Toppings :
2 = salted eggs
Cheddar cheese 🧀 (grated)
