This is one of my favorite conditioning finishers & a go-to when I’m short on time and looking for a full body workout
10 min EMOM (every minute on the minute)
Alt. Step Ups 5/5
Push Press 10
Start w/ Step Ups on the first minute.
However long it takes to complete you have the remainder of the minute to rest.
At the start of the second minute perform 10 reps of Push Press.
Rest for the remainder of the minute & repeat
5 rounds of each in 10 minutes.
Use a weight that is challenging.
For a more difficult version I replace Push Press w/ 10 reps of Muscle Snatch.
This is both a more demanding exercise & something that takes longer
(so you get much less rest)
