1. Place the rubber dam under the patient’s nose.
2. Mark the position of the teeth on the rubber dam and perforate accordingly. If you are doing it right, the markings will not correspond with any premade template.
3. Pull the rubber dam over the teeth and lock it in place with something (wedjet or clamps).
4. Use floss to invert the rubber dam interproximally.
5. Use a probe to invert the rubber dam bucally and palatally.
6. Use floss ligatures to further stabilize the rubber dam.
7. Put the frame upside down so you can tie the ends of your ligatures to the frame.
