The newly arrived Otocinclus affinis catfish had a mix of infections! They should undergo a good acclimation procdure and adjused protocol = diagnosis & treatment.
Here we have a combination of bacterial infection and infection with few gill flukes; the fish might be weakened due to handling & transport.
First control the bacterial infection (=the big killer) with an anti-bacterial medication (ask your fish doctor).
Later on apply a medication against the gill flukes.

If you act quickly you might save many fish by improving immunity & controlling the infections!
