When I was in Tampa, Florida I went to a popular Family Restaurant called Mr. Empanadas that is known for their Cuban Sandwiches and thier delicious Empanadas. When your in Tampa Florida you have to stop by here. I tried the Beef (picadillo) Empanada and the Beef w/ cheese which was amazingly delicious and fresh.
