Sociocracy is a scientifically deduced process for self-governance. It is a 'dynamic' as opposed to 'linear' system. It is sometimes called Dynamic Governance (DG), or Dynamic Self-Governance (DSG). It uses both egalitarian (creating policy) and authoritarian (operations) methods. It works and works well. Participants are and feel respected and valued. I finished this video around 2011, but everything in it is still true.
