Don’t toss your apple cores! The cores from apples pack a ton of flavor and you can use them to make a delicious vinegar that is perfect on salads, and even mixed into cocktails. Simply put them in a mason jar, bring white vinegar, salt and sugar to a boil and pour it over your cores. Add a little fresh thyme for extra flavor, cover, cool and store in your refrigerator for up to 1 month.
