This video is how to replace a cabin air filter in a 2010 Lexus RX350 in 10 easy steps!
1. Open glove compartment
2. Remove tray
3. Remove fascia
4. Remove filter cover
5. Remove old filter
6. Insert new filter the correct side up!
7. Replace filter cover
8. Replace fascia
9. Replace tray
10. Close glove compartment
You are done!
It works for most Lexus models, including ES, RX, LS, and others.
This video covers the "air flow direction" that is part of some of the replacement filters. Air flows "from" the outside, through the filter, through a blower fan, to the cabin. Air normally comes from the "top" of the dashboard (outside of course), through internal vents, through the filter, through the blower motor, then to the cabin. The filter is "on top of" the blower motor.
