BAKE at 350 for one hour or until your pork chops are tender to your liking!
I season with:
Tony Chachere Cajun Seasoning
Black Pepper
Garlic & onion powders
Cayenne Pepper
THIS is a healthier version of pork chops. My FAVORITE Sunday Meal is oven smothered pork chops/steaks with rice, candied yams and some type of greens.
But, THESE were VERY tasty, Less labor and healthier!
