Albania is considered to be one of the nations that suffered most severely from the consequences of transition and, in comparison with its neighbors, it endured some of the gravest blows to youth employment. Unemployment and underemployment remain the biggest challenge of Albanian youth, which produces poverty, social exclusion, immigration and criminality among youths in Albania. In her poignant talk, Selina inspects the reasons for mass immigration and the blowing consequences of it.
