About Renske Lynde and Caesaré Assad
Renske Lynde has worked as an advocate for a healthier & more sustainable food system for 20+ years. She is a General Partner of 1st Course Capital, an early stage venture fund in food & agriculture. Renske is also a co-founder and Board President of Food System 6, a non-profit accelerator based in the San Francisco Bay Area that supports mission-driven entrepreneurs transforming how we grow, produce and distribute food.
Caesaré Assad's 20+ years of food work as a restaurant cook, chef, entrepreneur, and business executive spans entity types and functions - all centered around healing connections through food and building community. Some of her work includes developing innovative culinary, nutrition, and wellness initiatives for corporate clients that include Whole Foods Market, Tesla, SpaceX, and Clif Bar.
