HEART OF SKY, HEART OF EARTH have kicked off Cinema Politica's sidebar program called Divine Interventions: Documentary, Spirituality and Social Justice. A mesmerizing film that is rich in cinematography and politically powerful, this doc about Mayan resistance to multinationals in Guatemala resonated with our audience last Monday, September 30th. We screened the film with the filmmakers Frauke Sandig and Eric Black present and caught some reactions from our audience on camera after.
