This is the same process you will take to install your Tougher Buffer Recoil System into a 6" 1911 or Commander size 1911.

The only differences you will notice with your Commander Size Tougher Buffer Recoil System is that the Rod-Section of the two piece guide rod is shorter. The Commander version will also come with a single spring as opposed to the dual-action spring pictured in the video.
