My first video on the Honda RS250R NX5 sees me fitting brand new VHM cylinder heads and checking squish settings.
The heads are running with 12.00cc volume inserts with 0.65mm squish suited to run with the standard domed pistons for an unleaded fuel set-up
In this first video I strip off the old heads, check the squish setting, make base gasket adjustments and then refit the cylinders and heads.
This bike is a 1999 Honda RS250R NX5 which is mildly modified by the previous owner. I will be racing it in the Bemsee Blue Haze Championship this year alongside other GP250 bikes
