In this video we show you the next step that we took in preparing the intake manifold and tgv deletes for installation. We also replaced the fuel injector O-rings for a positive seal. She’s a bit of a rats nest when you remove the intake manifold in this fashion. There is a method in removing the intake manifold without the fuel rail and wiring harness, this is way that we reinstall it back on the engine so keep watching and you’ll see how you could have removed the manifold that way. Basically it’s all about precision technique and high quality cleaning to make certain you have no issues in the future. Don’t forget to cover your turbo and intake ports if cleaning your engine while everything is on the bench. Dax did a great job making her look pretty at this stage.
