Nigeria: 18 Killed, Dozens Injured In Suicide Bomb Attacks In The Borno State | Firstpost Africa

At least 18 people were killed and dozens injured after a series of deadly suicide bomb attacks in Nigeria's Borno state. Children and pregnant women were among the victims of the attacks in Gwoza town. The attacks were reportedly carried out by female suicide bombers who targeted a wedding, a hospital and a funeral in the northeastern state. Nigerian President Bola Tinubu has condemned the attacks, calling them desperate acts of terror. Nigeria's Borno state has been witnessing violence for 15 years now.
