Today we will be exploring a daily self-compassion practice known as self-compassion in the mirror! It’s an interesting one, and a powerful one.
It can also come along with certain reservations for people. But as we work through those reservations, this daily practice can really make a difference.
So, in two steps, we can practice self-compassion in the mirror!
