- 1kg Pork Scotch Fillet
- 1 Onion
- 3 Cherry tomatoes
- 4 Kaffir lime leaves
- 6 Cloves of garlic (sliced)
- 1/2 red chili & 1/2 green chili (sliced)
- 1 tbsp of ginger mince
- 2 tbsp of garlic mince
- 3 tbsp of fresh crushed chili
- 2 tbsp of butter
- 2 tbsp of sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp of salt
- 1 tbsp of white pepper
- 1 tsp of chicken stock

7 Herbs & Spices:
- 1 tbsp of cracked black pepper
- 1 tbsp of dry red chili
- 1 tbsp of crushed candlenut
- 1 tbsp of coriander powder
- 1 tbsp of galangal powder
- 1 tbsp of turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp of lemongrass powder
