In order to properly configure Google Workspace with your SiteGround account, you need to manually configure the MX records. First, log into both SiteGround and your Google Admin area. Then, go to the Services section and click on the "Manage" button for your hosting plan. From there, you will be taken to the Site Tools section where you can modify your DNS and MX records.


To modify the MX records, follow these steps:


Sign in to your domain host and access the DNS zone editor.
Delete any existing MX records.
Create new MX records for your Google Workspace account by clicking the "Create New Record" section and selecting the MX tab.
Enter the destination, priority, and set the default to one hour, as shown in the example table provided.
Repeat the process for each MX record listed in the table.
