Radhakishan Damani Billionaire investor Radhakishan Damani’s company Avenue Supermarts Limited has acquired a commercial building for Rs 71.5 crore in Mumbai’s Goregaon West area, documents accessed by real estate data and analytics firm Propstack show.
The stamp duty from January 1, 2021, until March 31, 2021, was 3 percent.
