Vince inspects his city. Meanwhile he looks back at how Tommy and Gino got into the crew of Donnie Dici, six years before.
Tommy and Gino are introduced (in the mafia you must be introduced to a higher member, by another high member) to Bruno DeMeo through Donnie Dici. Bruno wants a barman shaken down and a prositute killed.
Then Vince reflects...
