Green Card I-485 Portability Simplified. | PERM, I140 and Change in Employment
In this video, you will learn about the different types of forms during employment, what each form means for you and the changes that you are allowed to do. If you find a new employer, you will have to submit a completely new PERM. In terms of the I140 , this depends on how similar the job role was and/or the industry.
The roles you do and a similar role can make the change easier but you will need an immigration lawyer and be sure that you can get your old documents to work for the new role.
