Dr. Thomas Coyne took the stand on Tuesday morning and described the autopsy of Diane Ruiz, who was allegedly run over several times by Wade Wilson. Wilson is accused of murdering Ruiz as well as another woman, Kristine Melton. Wilson could face the death penalty if convicted.
