Try our easy vegan recipe ideas, like this stir-fried tempeh with ginger garlic and chilli oil.
Ingredients: Serves 2 - 3
200g Tempeh
1 Large Thumb Of Ginger
2 Cloves Of Garlic
1 Tbsp Of Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon Of Chilli Oil
2 Tbsp Of Tamari
1 Tbsp Of Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Of Sesame Oil
Crumble the Tempeh and fry in Sesame Oil for 5 - 10 minutes until it starts to colour.
Add the ginger and garlic cook for a further 2 minutes.
Add the maple syrup, chilli oil, tamari & rice wine vinegar and cook until the tempeh becomes golden and crispy.
Serve on rice with your favouriote veg and drizzle with chilli oil.
