======== 21 DAYS - TO CHANGE A BELIEF? ========
Honestly, it's not 21 days that changes a belief - it's the repetition.
It's that constant focus - on what you WANT to believe, and CHOOSE to believe - about yourself.
I am Amazing
I am Strong
I Believe In Myself
Gratitude
That's why I suggest you choose one meditation (one belief you want to focus on), and do that for 21-30 days.
You're building the strong habit to believe what you CHOOSE to believe. Not what others have told you. Or what you're afraid of.
And of course, it's perfectly fine to listen to different meditations, especially when you want to try things out, or if you're having a particularly bad day around one particular limiting belief. But if powerful belief change is what you're after? Pick one meditation (one belief that you want to change in your life) and focus on it.
Then when you're done with that? Choose the next.
I've done that for the past 4 years, every day, and I have changed myself.
I always wanted to know how to change a limiting belief.
Well, this is the strongest way I've found so far. You simply focus on the belief you WANT, while in meditation - and you start to change at a very deep level.
And the other beliefs? The limiting ones? They just kind of fade away. Because your new focus is now - on what you want. On what you choose.
Here's the ultimate secret: your life is a result - of who you believe you are.
So change who you believe you are. Choose — who you believe you are.
