Today’s recipe is one of my favorite dishes, Ghanaian Bean Stew or Red Red as it’s popularly called.
It is very rich in flavor, easy to make and also budget-friendly.
Red red can be eaten at any time of the day whether it’s breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner.
It pairs so well with boiled rice, yam or some fried ripe plantain.
This beans stew is so simple yet so tasty and I hope you’ll give it a try.

Black eyed peas (Beans)
Onion

Diced tomatoes
Tomato paste
Palm oil
Canned mackerel fish
Shrimp powder
Salt
Carrots
