Mr. Atherton usually allows an hour for his first consultation, which usually gives enough time to get to know the patient and really understand their vision for their rhinoplasty. Ideally, he would like to see everybody twice before arranging surgery.
In the consultation the discussion is a two way process to ensure expectations are realistic. Morphing software is used and is usually quite accurate and helpful for certain profile views.
Sometimes people book from the consultation and come straight for surgery, however Mr Atherton always prefers a visit before surgery, to address any specific queries or concerns.
