INGREDIENTS:
• 100 grams dried baby anchovies
• 2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 5 cloves garlic
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
• 1 tablespoon sesame oil
NOTES:
1.) COOKING TIME – Shallow pan fry the dried anchovies on medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes or until it turns light golden brown. Be careful not to over-fry as it turns bitter. Allow them to cool down a bit before tossing them into the glaze
2.) SEASONING – To add heat or kick, feel free to use gochujang or if not as simple as dried chili flakes. An alternative to honey is a tablespoon of sugar BUT do not skip as much as possible the sesame oil. It gives the anchovies another level!😊
