🔗 Constraints and other important requirements tied to your contract deliverables.
The SOW can vary:

🎯 It might be very detailed or could remain high-level depending on the agreement.
💡 From a PMP exam perspective:

📑 When taking the SOW as input to a Project Charter, I assume it may not be fully detailed.
🔍 I expand on it by focusing on requirements and scoping activities to clarify the project goals.
🔄 Procurement Focus:

🛠️ When you’re issuing work to an external vendor, you’ll prepare a SOW to communicate what needs to be done.
📝 In this case, I try to make the SOW as detailed as possible so the vendor knows exactly how to meet the expectations.
