The UP administration discovered two temples with idols of Lord Hanuman, Shivling, and Nandi after 46 years. BJP accused the opposition of insulting Sanatan Dharam, while Congress accused BJP of creating a Hindu-Muslim divide. The Congress also criticised BJP for remaining silent after demolishing temples in Varanasi.
