Make a super delicious and healthy Passover cake!! With none of those alternatives that are not the best for our bodies!!
I’ll share here the recipe for a small cake like the one shown in the video and the bigger version witch is a regular size Bundt cake!! Enjoy
Substitutions:
Coconut oil - any vegetable oil
1 cup maple syrup - 3/4 cup confectioners sugar
1 egg -3 tbs flax seeds ground and 3 tbs water
U can make your confectioners sugar if u don’t find by putting in food processor at high speed
Small cake Recipe :
4 eggs @ room temperature
1 cup maple syrup
3 cups almond flour
3/4 cup coconut oil
Rind of one orange
Juice of one orange
1 cup pistachio
Rose petals
Cardamom
Glaze
4-6 spoons confectioners sugar
Orange juice
Bigger cake ( normal size Bundt pan)
6 eggs @ room temperature
1 1/2 cup maple syrup
1 cup coconut oil
Rind one orange
Juice one orange
Pistachios 1 1/2
Rose petals
Cardamom
Bake for one hour at 350F or 180C
