A clan of boisterous supervillains that just came into conflict with the League of Villains and now have to find a way to fit in in a little Texas town.

Havoc, who confronts the supreme enemy, forces her entire family to assume new identities, move to a suburb in Texas, and adopt the name Amy. She must conceal her superpowers and control her wicked tendencies with the aid of her bubbly new neighbour Hartley in order to make something normal that she has fought against her entire life.
