Mango-Coconut Chutney - Kerala food .
1 cup grated coconut
2 shallots
2-3 whole Kashmiri chilli
1/2 + 1/4 of a green mango
A small piece of ginger peeled
Few curry leaves
Salt to taste
Coarsly grind together fresh coconut, shallots, ginger, 1/2 of green mango, Kashmiri chilli and salt to taste .
Add curry leaves and 1/4 of green mango and pulse again for 2-3 times
Serve with steamed rice
