So you want a Safari in the city! Here are three things to keep in mind.
First, pick the automatic. It's smooth and quick which makes the Safari feel peppy and effortless. The clutch and the manual transmission will feel like a lot of work in stop go traffic.
Second, its size. It's big but it doesn't feel heavy and lazy. It is surprisingly car like for something of this size so cutting your way through traffic will not be a problem. Even at parking speeds, it will be more convenient as there is a 360° camera now available on the higher variants.
Third, the steering. This is the weak link as it feels a bit heavy at low speed. Yes, it is a hydraulic power steering and you will take some time to get used to it.
