Small sized Onions- 250g
Mustard oil- 1/2 cup
Salt as required
Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Fenugreek powder -1 tsp
black pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Fennel Powder- 1 tsp
Asafoetida/ Hing- 1/4 tsp
Ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder- 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder as per taste
kasoori methi- 1 tsp
Salt as required
Vinegar - 4-5 tsp
