3 tbsp of concentrated tamarind water
1/2 tbsp of shrimp paste
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of fish sauce
1 red onion (large)
1 stalk of lemongrass
5 cloves garlic
10 pieces of shallots
1/2 inch of fresh turmeric
3 cup of Petai (stink beans)
