This is a project I started so long ago I have forgotten when, but I have finally made a start on it and that is turning a gas bottle into a plastic lure body to make a range of fishing lures. I will type some more after i have been to bed for a while in the meantime enjoy

For the gas bottle i used a THREADED 16G CO2 bike tyre cartridge, these can be bought online and at bike shops. I picked a cartridge and a valve to empty it from a local Aldi a local supermarket for £5.
The silicone i used was Polycraft GP3481-f from MB fibreglass, [ Ссылка ] they also have an ebay shop

For the resin I used easiflow 60 in white, there are so many difeerent companies making equivalents or supplying this that searching ebay is the fastest method. I would start with a small amount like 250ml, it does not keep forever once opened. You can also purchase it from most of the same suppliers as for the silicone
To make the resin float I used Micro glass spheres, these are often called glass bubbles again from the resin suppliers or from mld making suppliers, ebay is another quick way to find something local to you.
For lure hardware in the UK like screw eyes, I use [ Ссылка ] and Mark will post ou to Europe and I think even the states. But there are alternatives like lureparts.com for those stateside
