So during this time how to maintain your stress with physiotherapy exercise. Today we will demonstrate and exercise to do in your convenient place, which will relax whole body whole muscles. Try to practice this Jacobson's method of relaxation daily two times and late night, it will relax your whole body and muscles it will increase your breathing capacity and eventually increase your concentration and balance your minds. So I advice all my patients and family friends to daily practice this technique daily twice to avoid unnecessary stress.

Close your eyes, try tightening all your body muscles, hold it for 10 seconds, feel the contraction in your body and slowly relax it. Repeat this for 10 times twice a day. This will help to relax your face and mind.
