It was another brisk, cold winter day,.. under mostly clear skies. Make sure to bundle up when heading outdoors, as wind chills are making it feel about 6 degrees colder than the readings.
Air quality remains at the very dry range in most regions,.. and the humidity index here in the capital is down at 34 percent.
As for tomorrow,.. a mix of snow and showers are in store for the Gyeonggi-do, Gangwon-do, and Jeollanam-do provinces.
Cold air will stick around through Thursday morning. Conditions should jump back up to seasonal averages over the weekend.
On to the readings. Seoul hits 7. Cities down south reach the low-teens.
Meanwhile, Daejeon and Jeju tops out at 8. Dokdo 4.
