Hi, Here's an interesting recipe for you to make tasty and healthy Mutton Rasam | கறி ரசம் | Mutton Soup | மட்டன் ரசம் | How to make Tamil Nadu style Mutton Rasam which can used both as an appetizer before meal as well as with rice.
Ingredients:
To make mutton Stock:
Mutton – ½ kg
Water – to cook
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
To Grind:
Pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
For Seasoning:
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Cloves – 2
Fennel Seeds – ¾ tsp
Green chilli - 1
Oil – 1 tbsp
Others:
Onion – 1 (thinly sliced)
Tomato – 1
Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped)
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Red chilli powder- ½ tsp
Salt - to taste
Coconut milk – ¼ cup (optional)
