Part 2 of an interview with Station Officer Duncan Lewis from Essex County Fire & Rescue Service (ECFRS). Duncan was the initial point of contact between ECFRS and The Salvation Army during the creation of the Primary Authority Partnership for fire safety between the two organisations before he retired in mid-2016. During that time he got to know The Salvation Army, its mission and its safety culture.

In part 2 of this interview he talks about his views about the work of regional fire authorities, particularly with regard to enforcement of fire safety laws.
