Updating your firmware for the Nikon is super fast and easy. Just follow this tutorial or these steps.
1.) Charge your camera battery and Format an XQD card in your Z6
2.) Insert the card into a card reader, and plug it into your computer
3.) Go to the download page, and download the new firmware
4.) Drag the .bin file onto the card folder
5.) Put the card into your camera and turn it on
6.) Wrench
7.) Firmware
8.) Update
9.) Turn camera off, Remove the card, and turn back on to check that it’s been updated
10.) Delete the firmware from the card, and that’s it!
