On Wednesday, June 23, Bloomberg's Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) team hosted a conversation about race in our society and workplace, this time focusing on the UK, exploring the current state of affairs and what the future might hold. Hosted by Manisha Mehrota, Head of D&I EMEA, the session featured Paul Anderson-Walsh, Co-founder & Executive Director of the Centre for Inclusive Leadership and former CEO of The Stephen Lawrence Charitable Trust and Sophie Chandauka, Global COO of Shared Services and Banking Operations at Morgan Stanley and the Founder & Chair of the Black British Business Awards.
