To construct your 55ft Ultimate Baseball Batting Cage, begin by laying out all components for easy selection, before assembling the 40mm steel poles. Each pole is made up of four components; three tubes and one foot. Next, unravel the 55ft #42 grade netting over each pole, aligning the middle and corners of the netting. Attach two guy ropes to each of the poles and, if the ground is hard, prepare by hammering a steel rod or long chisel to make holes for inserting the poles.
Raise the first two poles and push into the ground across a 10ft width, ensuring that the netting is tight, and secure with the guy ropes and steel pegs provided. Repeat this stage two at a time with the remaining four poles, spacing equally over a 55ft length and ensuring that the netting is tight.
